OVERVIEW

Welcome to Sleek.

The terms “Sleek”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Sleek. We operate this website and online store, including the related content, features, products, tools and services made available through it collectively, the “Services”.

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform that enables us to offer the Services.

These Terms of Service, together with the policies referenced in them, explain the rights and responsibilities that apply when you access our website, browse our products, communicate with us or place an order.

By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law.

SECTION 1 — ELIGIBILITY, ACCOUNTS AND CUSTOMER INFORMATION

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your place of residence and legally capable of entering into this agreement.

You may be required to provide information including your name, email address, telephone number, billing information, payment details and delivery address.

You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete. You are responsible for promptly correcting any inaccurate information.

If customer accounts are available, you are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. You must notify Sleek promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You may not sell, transfer or assign your customer account to another person.

SECTION 2 — PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to present our products accurately, including their photographs, descriptions, dimensions, materials, finishes, prices and available variants.

However, the colour or appearance of a product may differ slightly depending on screen settings, lighting, photography and the device used to view the website.

Brushed finishes and products manufactured from sheet materials may also show small variations in dimensions, folds, grain, finish or surface appearance. Minor manufacturing tolerances that do not affect the product’s intended function are not necessarily defects.

Different Sleek products may use different materials, thicknesses and care requirements. The individual product page is the main reference for the material, dimensions, dishwasher suitability and care instructions of that product.

We may update product information, correct mistakes, modify specifications or discontinue products without prior notice. Changes will not affect an order that we have already accepted unless the customer agrees or the change is required to correct an obvious error.

We may limit the quantity of products available to a person, household, region or order where reasonably necessary.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase products from Sleek.

An automatic order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. An order is accepted when Sleek confirms it, begins processing it or otherwise communicates acceptance.

We may decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including when:

• A product is unavailable.
• The price or product information contained an obvious error.
• Payment was not authorized.
• The delivery information is incomplete or invalid.
• We reasonably suspect fraud, misuse, resale or an unlawful transaction.
• The order cannot reasonably be fulfilled.

If we cancel a prepaid order, we will arrange a refund using an appropriate payment method.

Online payments must be authorized by the relevant payment provider. Cash on Delivery orders may be accepted and processed without advance payment, subject to Sleek’s delivery rules.

Please review product names, sizes, quantities, prices, telephone numbers and delivery information carefully before submitting an order.

Cancellation requests are handled according to the order’s processing status and applicable law. We may be unable to stop an order after it has been prepared or transferred for delivery.

SECTION 4 — PRICES, PAYMENTS AND BILLING

Prices are displayed in Egyptian pounds unless another currency is clearly stated.

Prices, promotions and discounts may change without notice. The applicable product price is normally the price shown when the order is submitted, subject to correction of an obvious pricing error.

Unless expressly stated, product prices do not include delivery charges. Applicable delivery charges are displayed during checkout or communicated before the order is confirmed.

We may offer promotions governed by additional conditions. If a promotion’s specific conditions conflict with these Terms, the promotion’s specific conditions will apply to that promotion.

You agree to provide accurate payment and billing information and confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Payment processing may be carried out by independent payment providers. Their processing times, security procedures and terms may also apply.

SECTION 5 — SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered through an independent third-party courier.

Estimated delivery time is usually up to seven days, depending on the customer’s location, courier coverage and other circumstances.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may result from public holidays, weather, courier operations, unusually high order volumes or events outside Sleek’s reasonable control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address, telephone number and any relevant apartment, floor or landmark information.

The courier may attempt delivery up to three times. If the customer does not receive the order during the first two attempts, Sleek may require full online payment before arranging a third attempt.

Sleek remains responsible for arranging delivery in accordance with the order and applicable law. Risk does not automatically pass to the customer merely because the order has been transferred to the courier.

SECTION 6 — INSPECTION, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Customers are encouraged to inspect their order while the courier is present and to confirm that:

• The correct products and quantities have been delivered.
• The selected sizes or variants are correct.
• The package does not show visible damage.
• The products do not show an immediately visible defect.

We ask customers to report visible delivery problems, incorrect items or apparent defects through Sleek’s Instagram direct messages within 72 hours of receiving the order. This allows us to investigate and resolve the issue quickly.

The 72-hour reporting request and inspection process do not exclude, reduce or replace any mandatory consumer rights available under applicable law.

Returns, replacements and refunds are governed by applicable Egyptian consumer-protection law and our Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Where applicable and subject to statutory exceptions, customers may have the right to return or replace a qualifying product within the legally prescribed period, provided that the requirements imposed by law are satisfied.

Defective, damaged or non-conforming products will be handled in accordance with the legally applicable remedy and period.

When Sleek confirms that the delivered product was faulty, incorrect or materially different from its listed specifications, Sleek will cover the reasonable courier fees required for the approved return or exchange.

Returned products should include their original packaging, parts and accessories where reasonably possible.

Approved refunds will be initiated within the period stated in our policy and applicable law. The time needed for the amount to appear may also depend on the bank, card issuer or payment provider.

SECTION 7 — PRODUCT USE AND CARE

Customers should read and follow the Material & Care instructions shown on the relevant product page and in our Care & Use Guide.

Dishwasher suitability varies between products. An item should only be placed in a dishwasher when its product page expressly states that it is dishwasher-safe.

Regular use of brushed stainless steel may result in fingerprints, water marks and light surface scratches. These may be normal signs of use and do not necessarily affect function.

Products must only be used for their intended or reasonably foreseeable purpose. Sleek is not responsible for damage resulting from misuse, unauthorized modification, unsuitable cleaning products, failure to follow care instructions or use contrary to product warnings, except where responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.

SECTION 8 — ACCURACY, AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS

The Services may occasionally contain typographical errors, inaccurate information or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, delivery fees, delivery estimates or availability.

We may correct mistakes and update information at any time.

If an error materially affects an order already submitted, we will take reasonable steps to notify the customer and provide an appropriate option, such as confirming the corrected information or cancelling the affected order and refunding any amount already paid.

SECTION 9 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website and its content—including Sleek’s name, logos, product names, designs, photographs, graphics, videos, text, layout and branding—are owned by or licensed to Sleek and are protected by applicable Egyptian and international intellectual-property laws.

The Services are provided for personal, non-commercial use.

Without prior written permission, you may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, republish, sell, commercially exploit or create derivative works from Sleek’s website content, photographs, product designs or branding, except where applicable law expressly permits such use.

Shopify’s names, logos and services are owned by Shopify or its licensors. Other third-party marks belong to their respective owners.

SECTION 10 — THIRD-PARTY TOOLS AND LINKS

The Services may include tools, payment facilities, embedded content or links operated by third parties.

We do not control all third-party services and are not responsible for their independent content, availability, data practices or terms.

Your use of a third-party service may be governed by that provider’s own terms and privacy policy. You should review those terms before using the service or completing a transaction through it.

SECTION 11 — RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Sleek is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services.

However, products purchased through our store are sold by Sleek, not by Shopify. Sleek is responsible for its products, order fulfilment and customer relationship, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

Shopify is not the seller of Sleek products and is not a party to the sales contract between Sleek and the customer.

SECTION 12 — PRIVACY

Personal information collected through the Services is processed according to our Privacy Policy:

Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, certain personal information may be processed by Shopify and by service providers used to operate the store, process payments, provide analytics, communicate with customers and fulfil orders.

Please review the Privacy Policy for more information about the information collected, the purposes for which it is used and the parties with whom it may be shared.

SECTION 13 — REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT

If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, comment, suggestion or other content to Sleek, you confirm that you have the right to submit it and that it does not violate another person’s intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.

You grant Sleek a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to use, reproduce and display that content for operating, improving and promoting the Services, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We may remove content that we reasonably consider unlawful, misleading, offensive, infringing or unrelated.

You must not submit false reviews, impersonate another person, conceal paid incentives or upload malicious files.

SECTION 14 — PROHIBITED USES

You may not use the Services:

• For an unlawful, fraudulent or malicious purpose.
• To infringe the rights of Sleek or another person.
• To submit false or misleading information.
• To harass, threaten or abuse another person.
• To distribute spam, malware, viruses or harmful code.
• To collect personal information without authorization.
• To interfere with the website’s operation or security.
• To scrape, copy or commercially exploit website content without permission.
• To attempt to bypass access controls, security features or technical restrictions.

We may restrict or terminate access where we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

SECTION 15 — TERMINATION

You may stop using the Services at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access where a person breaches these Terms, uses the Services unlawfully, threatens website security or creates material risk for Sleek, its customers or service providers.

Termination does not remove obligations or rights that arose before termination. Provisions intended by their nature to continue—including intellectual property, liability, indemnification, privacy and governing law—will remain effective.

SECTION 16 — WARRANTIES

Sleek will provide products and Services subject to the warranties and consumer rights required by applicable law.

Except for rights and warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded, the website is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, error-free or available at every time.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for defective or non-conforming products where applicable law provides the customer with a remedy.

SECTION 17 — LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sleek will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable or that arise from circumstances outside Sleek’s reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights or liability arising from fraud, deliberate misconduct or other responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

SECTION 18 — INDEMNIFICATION

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to compensate Sleek for reasonable losses, liabilities and expenses arising directly from your unlawful use of the Services, your material breach of these Terms or your infringement of another person’s rights.

This provision does not apply to losses caused by Sleek or to liability that cannot lawfully be transferred to a customer.

SECTION 19 — SEVERABILITY, WAIVER AND ENTIRE AGREEMENT

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary. The remaining provisions will continue in effect.

A failure by Sleek to enforce a provision immediately does not waive the right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the policies referenced in them, constitute the agreement governing use of the Services, subject to applicable mandatory law.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

Sleek may assign its rights or obligations as part of a lawful restructuring, transfer or sale of the business, provided that customers’ mandatory rights are not reduced.

SECTION 21 — GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and the Services are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Egyptian courts, without limiting any mandatory consumer right to submit a complaint to the Egyptian Consumer Protection Agency or use another remedy provided by law.

SECTION 22 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in our Services, operations, technology or legal obligations.

The current version will be published on this page with the date it was last updated.

Where required by law, we will provide appropriate notice of a material change.

Continued use of the Services after an updated version becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, except where applicable law requires another form of consent.
